  • Series 34 Sanitary Dio-Seal Isolator

The Series-34 DIO-SEAL Instrument Isolator is a sanitary flow-thru device separating a pressure gauge, transmitter or switch from critical hard-to-handle process fluids. The isolator maintains the process media contaminant-free while completely eliminating corrosion and plugging. The isolator has Tri-Clamp end faces and contains a food grade elastomeric or PTFE-lined Sensor Ring... The only wetted component of the isolator. The Sensor Ring contains integrally molded gaskets, eliminating the need for separate gaskets. This flow-thru isolator creates a no "dead zone" installation, offering superior performance to diaphragm seals.

The sanitary DIO-SEAL isolator utilizes vulcanization-bonded methodology to form and bond the Sensor Ring to the stainless steel isolator body. A food grade Sensor Fluid fills the instrument's internal volume and the annular volume between insulator body and the Sensor Ring. This isolator design totally eliminates Sensor Fluid leak paths, allowing trouble-free measurement of both pressure and vacuum in process lines containing critical fluids, food products and hard-to-handle slurries.

The isolator mates to the ID of Tube OD piping systems
